They weren't blasphemous words-- they were spoken from the heart!! I am certain that is why the gate opened!
[He is sure of that! There was nothing vulgar about what he said, so the gate must've opened because of how honest he's been! That must be it! And maybe Tanaka-san doesn't want to admit that truth... he's always been a bit avoidant!
