[Ryuji gives the Thras plush a squeeze, and smiles gently to himself. Yeah, alright. It's kinda cute.]

I'm gonna take this guy, then... since he's the one I'm aligned with. [He's also a real cool dragon and how can you say no to that.]

Well, uh... [Ryuji extends his free hand, sheepishly, for a shake.] Good luck with the rest of the festival?

[Gundam tries not to look too curious as he glances over towards Ryuji's choice, with a smirk.]

Thras? I see. That's not a bad choice! May he serve as a worthy vessel for your soul, you fiend...

[As Ryuji extends his hands for a handshake, Gundam doesn't move either of his arms towards it. Rather, Gundam just stares at the outstretched human hand as if trying to will it away.]

May you fare well in the rest of today's battles. You will not be able to count on my aid beyond this point!

[Well, that's awkward. When Gundam doesn't take his hand for a shake, Ryuji lets it slide to the back of his head where he scratches self-consciously. His staring seems to have done the trick.]
